Cancellation Policy and Lesson Validity
Fell sick? Double-booked? Have a work thing? These things happen and I get that—nobody likes it when the unexpected happens, and I understand that. That's why as long as you let me know 6 hours before our scheduled class that you can't make it, I have no problems rescheduling at no extra charge.
However, if you cancel closer to the time or simply not show up, I will have to consider that lesson consumed—except in exceptional, emergency circumstances.
To ensure progress and practice regularity, all packages (except for the "Monthly Check-In") are valid for 1 month unless agreed upon directly with me. The "Monthly Check-In" package has a validity of 2 months.
